  • abigail and Mariano Silva

International Base – aRGENTINA (CAREER MISSIONARIES)

Abigail Yates is originally from Lexington, Kentucky and has a degree in Intercultural Studies from Southwestern Christian University. Abby heard God's call to missions at a young age and eventually joined The Awakening family in 2015. Feeling drawn to South America, and desiring to see lives and communities transformed by the gospel of Jesus Christ, Abby eventually spent a few months serving in Argentina through On My Way and is now an Awakening staff member serving the International Base in Argentina.

  • Justin and Rachel Long

International Base – Hungary (CAREER MISSIONARies)

Justin, originally from North Carolina, is an Emmanuel College graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and a minor in History. Rachel is a graduate of Southwestern Christian University with a Bachelor's in psychology. Her love for missions comes from her childhood in Belgium as a missionary kid with the IPHC. Together they have a burden for urban cities throughout Europe, especially those with no sole avenue for receiving the Gospel. Deeply burdened by difficult countries and unreached people groups, they work to look for non-contemporary methods of ministry to ensure that everyone is afforded a chance to hear the Gospel. Under their leadership, they strive for the International Base in Hungary to be a place where they can build a close-knit community and inspire, train, and raise up the young people of Europe.

  • Jon and erica Campbell

As co-laborers for the gospel, Jon and Erica feel burdened to serve Jesus by helping connect his Church to her priority mission: namely, to make disciples of every nation. Whether in Western or Majority World contexts, Jon and Erica desire to train young leaders, explore innovative forms of ministry, teach the Word, share the gospel, and seek justice for the oppressed. Using their passions for leadership, teaching, humanitarian efforts, and marketplace ministry, they long to turn the hearts of God's people toward a Great Commission lifestyle. Together, they are excited to plant The Awakening’s International Base in Los Angeles, California, where they will focus on building young leaders, providing missions opportunities, and networking with ministry organizations and IPHC churches.
